As I was doing the story board, I wrote down the plot of the story so I can send it to other group memebers and to help me think of different camrea angles for our film.
Beginning;
- View of main character looking down at the magazine and we see her flicking through
- She then rips out a page of the magazine which she keeps for reference
- She compares herself to the girl on the magazine
- The doctor then calls her to come to her appointment.
- She passes the doctor her ideal look picture, he takes it and points her down the corridor.
- As she is walking down the corridor she looks at the posters and compares herself to them.
- She hears a sound and goes to the door and looks through the keyhole and watches a surgery happening in the keyhole
- Within that keyhole is a lady having surgery on her bottom to plump it up
- She hears another noise and runs to another door, she peeps in and see a women getting her nose clipped
- The last surgery she witnesses is a woman getting her lips done by replacing her lips with duck lips
- She goes inside the room and goes towards the mirror
- She sees her ideal look in the mirror as her reflection
- Her reflection appears as if she is on a magazine cover, appearing perfect
- Next to the reflection on the magazine cover is surgery equipment
- Her reflection then starts slicing body fat off of herself but then goes to the extreme
- The real her then starts to feel the pain and tries to stop her reflection from going any further
- The reflection brings the knife towards her neck
- The real her then breaks the glass and you hear the shattered glass hit the ground
- You hear footsteps of someone walking on glass
- You see the real girl stuck inside a piece of glass
- Then that piece gets thrown into the bin
- You hear someone walk away
